At Wisler Plumbing and Air, we try to go above and beyond when it comes to warranties. (There is a saying that a warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind it.) Here are a few things that everyone should consider when it comes to warranties:
- What is the term of the warranty? Warranties can be a fixed term (e.g. 5 years), or a lifetime warranty.
- What does the warranty cover? Some warranties cover parts only, while others cover both parts and labor.
- How is the warranty exercised? If the product breaks down, you need to be conscious of the avenues you must pursue to get the issue fixed.
- Is there any fine print? Many warranties contain clauses and loopholes that can prevent the company from honoring the warranty.
When we give you a warranty at Wisler Plumbing and Air, it covers both parts and labor. The time periods may vary, but all of our products will be covered for both parts and labor at a minimum of one year. Many products will have warranties of 25 years or lifetime parts warranties. Also, never forget the labor when it comes to the warranty, because that tends to be the most expensive part of any repair. Additionally, we do not include fine print with our warranties. We simply state that we will cover the part or labor under the specified time frame.
If a critical component such as the water heater were to fail, it would cause a disruption of your normal daily life. Competing manufacturer warranties may involve a two to three week wait to get service in your area. On the other hand, If you were to exercise a Wisler Plumbing and Air warranty on a product or service we performed, we treat the issue as a priority one call in our office. We will try to fit in the repair on the same day if the client is available. We want to address warranty issues in an extremely timely fashion so there is little downtime and disruption of our client’s daily lives.
Unlike competing manufacturer’s warranties, you will not be faced with red tape or obstacles to get help. In fact, one client called us to give positive feedback about how we are able to take care of their problem immediately, while another company they dealt with had transferred them to someone in another state that was completely uninvested in fixing their issue. At Wisler Plumbing and Air, we feel that customer satisfaction is very important. As a local company, we are close enough to address the issue quickly and we are completely invested in our clients’satisfaction.
Sometimes the cheapest option isn’t the best when it comes to warranties. Wisler Plumbing and Air’s warranties protect your investment and make sure you get the best service in a timely fashion.
