Once a year we’re going to make sure your plumbing is a humming the way it ought to be.

Once each year, a member of Wisler’s expert plumbing team will give your home a thorough inspection, a scheduled service and FREE plumbing system adjustment including all connected equipment and fixtures. The complete list includes up to 100 different items – a $200 value alone!

Here’s a peek at just a few items that are checked…

Every toilet checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation.
All faucets are tested and must pass a rigid “performance test.” Some adjustments are FREE.
Any exposed water lines are checked for damage.
Piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks is checked for any sign of potential water damage.
All of your drains are checked above and below the sinks for leaks and clogs.
Your washing machine hoses and valves are thoroughly checked and tested.
Your water heater is checked for safety, leaks, and signs of corrosion.

As the summer wanes, Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric makes sure your heater is working properly.

Complete carbon monoxide inspection. We’re going to look at every square inch of the system to be sure there are no deadly carbon monoxide leaks.
Inspect the ignition to make sure all those tiny gas explosions that take place each time it starts up, stays safe and accurate.
Visually inspect the entire system.

If we find any component that is broken or worn out we’ll show you, and you can decide if you’d like us to fix it.

Spring-time checks are focused on your air conditioner so you can escape the heat that always ensues. Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric will:

Conduct a diagnostic check including Freon levels and operating temperatures.
Visually check your entire system.

If we find any component that is broken or worn out we’ll show you, and you can decide if you’d like us to fix it.

Electrical Check

Outlawed panels or electrical work that is a code violation or generally unsafe by state or federal guidelines

We inspect all of the following for proper operation and safety. Electrical issues can arise anytime but usually there are warning signs well in advance and those are the things we look for. Things like lights dimming when A/C equipment comes on, beakers being reset during normal usage, light flickering or outlets that do not work are all big indicators.

We do all of these things to ensure you and your family have safe usage of your home limiting the chance of safety or injury issues and prevent major repairs after something has occurred. This inspection also helps you to know if you decide to put your house on the market what types of issues you can expect to have to deal with when it comes time to sell.

We Check and Reset all GFCI plugs

Inspect all outlets and switches for discoloration from heat and loose wires
Replace your smoke detector batteries
Remove the breaker panel cover and insect all breakers for heat and loose connections
Look for high heat or high usage circuits from whatever may be plugged or wired into them
Electrical water heater circuits and connections for proper sizing and good connections
HVAC equipment for proper wire sizing and good connections
We look for over amping or over loaded circuits
Fire and electrical hazards
Exposed or broken wirings
