The Wisler Diamond Club Family offers maintenance comfort checks throughout the year in an effort to prevent costly repairs later down the line.

The cost is only $24/ month, or about $0.77 a day! A minimum one-year contract is required & payment options for Diamond Club are ACH. With certain circumstances check or credit card would be permitted.

1 Annual plumbing maintenance visit

Our maintenance plan includes a thorough inspection and free plumbing system adjustment covering all connected equipment and fixtures, up to 100 different items. Lifetime warranty comes on any plumbing fixtures we install.

Flush of the water heater tank (for tankless units, there is a charge with a 10% discount)
Every toilet checked and tested for leaks
Water level adjustment for toilet tanks
Toilet seats checked
All faucets tested to pass a performance test (some adjustments are free, like cleaning aerators and tightening faucet handles)
Packing nuts on valves checked
Exposed water lines checked
Piping under bathroom and kitchen sinks checked
All drains above and below sinks checked for leaks and clogs
Washing machine hoses and valves checked and tested
Water heater checked for safety, leaks, and any signs of corrosion

1 Annual cooling maintenance visit

Our Without Worry Comfort Check in the spring performs the following:

Cleaning
Lubrication
Refrigerant check
Drain clearing
Outdoor unit cleaning
Diagnostic check, including freon levels and operating temperatures
Visual check of the entire system, where the technician will show you any component that may need repair and you can decide if you’d like it fixed

1 Annual heating maintenance visit

Without worry comfort check in the fall that performs

Cleaning
Lubrication
Refrigerant check
Ignition check
Drain clearing
Outdoor unit cleaning
Complete carbon monoxide inspection
Ignition inspection
Visual inspection of the entire system, where the technician will show you any component that may need repair and you can decide if you’d like it fixed

1 Annual electrical maintenance visit

Check and inspect all plugs and switches
Inspect all outlets and switched for discoloration from heat and loose wires
Replace smoke detector batteries
Remove the breaker panel cover and inspect all breakers for heat and loose connections
Look for high heat or high usage circuits from whatever may be plugged or wired into them
Electrical water heater circuits and connections for proper sizing and good connections
HVAC equipment for proper wire sizing and good connections
Search for overamping or over loaded circuits
Search for any fire or electrical hazards
Exposed or broken wirings
