I've requested many a plumbers assistance with a bunch of issues at our 1950s built house that has most of the existing plumbing still in tact. I've only had one of Wisler's drain techs come out on an emergency weekend call, but boy did they send the most professional and customer friendly tech for my first experience. Blake was phenomenal, and I mean it in every sense of the word. He stated that Wisler strives to bring "Chick-fil-a" style customer service and he brought that yesterday. Not to mention he went above and beyond to clear our drain that had a large brick fragment in the pipe (Long story). Instead of just cutting pipe, he has the customers wallet in mind and successfully attempted to roll the brick out of the line so that it could be cleared. To top it all off, our water main valve started to steady leak after I cut the water back on to the house, Blake calmly jumped into action to put a temporary fix in place. They were upfront with their pricing upon arrival and for the work he did, I'd pay it all over again. I thought good customer service with techs that are passionate about their craft were a dying breed. Blake changed my mind as they appear to be present at Wisler. Also, special shout out to the dispatcher who was working on 5/3/25, my basement was starting to flood with sewage, when I called Wisler all I got was care, understanding, and great customer service that put my mind at ease until the tech arrived. You all have an all-star squad.
