Called them on the weekend because our A/C stopped working and was leaking water. They sent someone the same day to repair the unit. The technician that showed up (Nick) was very polite and explained everything very clearly. As part of their Diamond Club they sent the maintenance technician to do a follow up maintenance on the Unit. The technician (Hunter) did an amazing job at cleaning and inspecting the unit quickly making the repairs needed. Definitely worth being a Diamond Club member and I’m glad I called them.
