My A/C stopped working on the hottest day so far of this year. My technician was Hunter who was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He arrived as soon as he could. Diagnosed the problem quickly, had the necessary part on his service truck, and got my unit up and going again. I am very impressed with Hunter and Wislers professionalism and customer service. Hunter did an amazing job! As I sit here in my cool house when it’s 90 degrees outside I can’t thank Hunter and the other staff at Wisler enough. From my initial phone call to the very prompt service I was treated with kindness and compassion. The dispatcher was extremely friendly and even found a way to make me laugh as I was sitting in my 98 degree house desperately reaching out for help. Hunter showed up much faster than we anticipated, was extremely knowledgeable and even let me tag along to learn a few things about our HVAC system. Levi arrived on time, was professional and very pleasant to work with, giving us information on options to resolve our plumbing concerns. We decided to have the toilet replaced with a model that he had on his truck. The installation was fast and Levi followed up with suggestions on how to maintain the gaskets, etc. He really made everything look effortless! Levi also offered and checked the gauges for our pressure pump. Wisler never fails to sent qualified and personable team members to help us with home upkeep!
