Caleb reviewed my house plumbing and found some items that need attention. He knew his subject t matter well and was professional and personable. Thanks to Caleb and Wisler.

Our first encounter with Matt Davis from the start was very impressive. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. We noticed that he was very respectful in our home and we enjoyed his pleasant demeanor. And it was nice to see Matt’s clean and polished look since we come from a much older generation. Matt was eager to help with our sewer problem. He clearly explained how he could best solve the situation. We continue to be impressed with Matt’s proficiency and professionalism. We feel like we are importance to him and enjoy his extra attention to detail as well. We asked Matt to revisit us again after we had time to digest all the information he provided previously. He scheduled the first available time he had later in the week. But shortly after our call, Matt reached out and informed us that if we happen to be around he could swing by that afternoon. We jumped on the idea. He answered all our questions and it was clear to us to move forward with this company. Matt assured us if we were not completely satisfied they would make things right. We highly recommend this company. By observing Matt’s dealings with us, we know that he takes great pride and ownership in the company he represents.

I am very very pleased with the work that did in installing a new hot water heater, air conditioner and furnace! The workers are superb! I would recommend them to anyone!

Dispatcher and our technician Brett was great! We had an after hours emergency call and he showed up promptly and very professional. He went through our system multiple times double and triple checking to ensure everything was working properly. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Jeremy came to my house to work up an estimate to replace ground drainage and gutter drainage that is outdated and inefficient. Jeremy was friendly and worked up the estimate on the spot. We chose to go ahead with the work the next day. Jeremy is like the other Wisler employees I’ve met or talked with…polite and friendly. I plan on using Wisler again in the future as needs arise.

Chris came out and understood I didn't have water and assessed the situation. He came up with a permanent fix that got things flowing earlier than originally expected. Excellent!

Wisler provided fast and responsive service to our emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. They told us when the service person would show up and Matt called ahead of time and showed up right on time. Matt knew what he was doing, explained what he found as he went over the situation and discussed the approach he would take to find and fix the problem - a complete sewer blockage. Very thorough, explained the options, the costs, and what he was finding as he went along. It took over 6 hours to find and clear the blockage. Matt kept the mess to a minimum. He recommended follow-up work to install a clean-out an a relining to prevent further blockages. He explained what was needed and several options. Matt cleaned up the the entire site. Pleasure to work with. Lucky to have had him answer our call.
