By the end of our sewer project, Joe and James were known as the “Dream Team” to us. Their work ethic and end result of the project was outstanding. They were respectful, polite, and left our basement cleaner than when they started. They ran into some unexpected problems but were determined to solve them no matter how long it took. They never gave up on accomplishing their goal of finishing the job correctly. It was with grit, brain and muscle power, and prayer that they beat the odds and came out on the winning side. We were so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of their trade, and their proficient level of problem solving. You can’t go wrong with this company that stands behind their work with great pride. We know you will be thankful you did! Our first encounter with Matt Davis from the start was very impressive. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. We noticed that he was very respectful in our home and we enjoyed his pleasant demeanor. And it was nice to see Matt’s clean and polished look since we come from a much older generation. Matt was eager to help with our sewer problem. He clearly explained how he could best solve the situation. We continue to be impressed with Matt’s proficiency and professionalism. We feel like we are importance to him and enjoy his extra attention to detail as well. We asked Matt to revisit us again after we had time to digest all the information he provided previously. He scheduled the first available time he had later in the week. But shortly after our call, Matt reached out and informed us that if we happen to be around he could swing by that afternoon. We jumped on the idea. He answered all our questions and it was clear to us to move forward with this company. Matt assured us if we were not completely satisfied they would make things right. Dealing with Wisler was a great experience. From the first call to when Levi the technician arrived. I will call this company again for any plumbing needs that I have and would recommend them to any of my family or friends. Levi was very professional and helpful in explaining what could be done and was spot on with the amount of time the fix would take.

We’ve used Whistler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric multiple times now, and they have never once disappointed us. This visit was a perfect example of why we keep coming back. We had Matthew McMahon and Taylor Wiseman out for preventative visits (we’re diamond club members) on the same day, which was a huge help with our tight schedule. Matthew, our plumbing tech, caught a failing gas water heater that we hadn’t noticed any issues with ourselves — he flagged it before it became a real problem and got it replaced under warranty at no charge. Taylor, our HVAC tech, found that our cooling system’s pressure levels were far too high and helped us avoid a serious issue there too. He also did the standard unit cleaning plus some extra cleaning we requested, and everything looked spotless afterward. The water heater replacement was handled by George Arrington on a separate day to fit our schedule. He showed up exactly on time and was fast, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. Notably, George had also installed our original unit — it wasn’t his fault it failed, just a bad unit — and he’d done a great job on that install too. This time, he went above and beyond again, adding a new carbon monoxide alarm as part of their updated installation standards to keep us safe.

They did a great job as always. They are always polite and have a great attitude. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ben is an amazing person and worker! If I could clone him and employ him across all businesses, I would not hesitate. During his investigation, he was skilled, thorough, and personable. He went out of his way to ensure that I would continue coming back to Wisler in the future.
