Dustin was outstanding! He came in, quickly identified exactly what I needed to solve my water quality issues, and even fixed a problem I didn’t realize could be corrected. He’s also helping relocate my water heater from the laundry room to a closet in my garage, which will give me much more usable space. What really stood out was his perfect balance of professionalism and relatability. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and inspired confidence from start to finish. I’ve been using Wisler for several years now and have never had a bad experience, but Dustin is truly top tier. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your technician, you’re in great hands!

They were so nice and did an awesome job. I was surprised at the affordable options for the major repairs and am grateful to have a professional that was willing to take the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix it.

Jared and Brandon did an excellent job today. They replaced the starting capacitor which got the system up and running, but then found a wiring problem the initial installer had made that never allowed the unit 2nd stage to run. This unit has been serviced by the local HVAC installer since new. They never saw this... Really. Great job by Jared and team. What a difference this makes.
