The Plumber, AC, Heating, Electrician Your Home Deserves!

I've used Wisler for my HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and gas service, and my recent experience reminded me why I continue to use them. After a lightning-related electrical event, my HVAC stopped working during extremely hot weather. Hunter Toms quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed motor rather than recommending unnecessary repairs, and had my system running again. The house was comfortable immediately. To Zach Davis, thank you for testing the gas line for a suspected leak which turned out to not be present. Your investigation was thorough and gave me peace of mind. Michiah Tschappat thank you so much for replacing the burned units and ensuring that all else was safe. The addition of a full-house surge protector provides additional safety and will hopefully keep the new appliances (all three of them!) from suffering from a future weather induced surge. Lastly, thank you to the great administrative staff at Wisler who answered the phone at all times, kept me informed of who was on their way and the service they would cover. A side note, thank you RCFD Cave Spring and the Roanoke Gas Company for being first on site.

Very professional and efficient. Austin inspected my EV level 2 charger as my car would no longer charge. Found outlet and breaker to be ok but was offering to change out outlet to loosen up wires that appeared to be very tight fitting but probably not the problem. He called rep for the emporia charger and trouble shooted possible reasons. Turns out to be a problem with the car level 2 charging. He was great to figure out the problem. Only had to pay service fee as we are club members.

We had Wisler repair a leaking toilet Leak. Myca Smmons was the plumber that Wisler Sent for the Repair. He arrived in the Time Frame provided promised. Was very professional. Digignosed the problem Quoted a price. Did the work in a timely manner. Cleaned up the work area. The price was a bit on he high Side. $416.00 to replace a wax seal, and supply line. ( took less then 45min.) Other then.the pricing. And the quote and invoice. Brett serviced our HVAC system and could not have been better! He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Our system is aging but still working. We want to keep it working and will depend on Wisler to make sure it does!
