**EDIT** DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They set me up to fail when selling me a HVAC system 3 years ago which has already gone bad. I just paid it off and now i need a new one. Tried to tell me to diag the issue would be $1500 and that's not even fixing the problem. When i started asking details the salesman started distracting me with compliments on my house and small talk to divert my on point questions then said i just needed time to think about so he could leave. they send salesmen to work their sales magic. All the boasting I've done for you people, to end up being hustled. I feel like a fool. How dare you operate under the guise of good Christian people. You clearly only care about $$ and bonuses for the sales people. I had another company come fix the issue for $800, which is only temporary as the whole thing is shot. You people knew you were selling me crap. I'm so disgusted and disappointed. A friend of mine also reached out to wilser for hvac and while i was told i was being charged a premium for now discontinued coolant, they told her they would cut her a deal because of it being discontinued. Trying to push her into buying a system that they KNOW will be expensive and near impossible to repair later. Disgusting. I will make sure everyone I know knows not to use Wisler. They've become just as crooked as every other corporation.

Machiah was fantastic! He and his coworker Ulises quickly assessed what needed to be done, went to the truck to gather all necessary tools, then went about completing the job. They did a great job, professional and courteous attitude, and extremely competent. Such wonderful representatives of your company. They have been at my house residence twice Both times they deserve a 10/10.

We had a tree fall about a year ago in one of the high wind storms and it broke the orangeburg piping under the grass & driveway. But we did not know until all things that go down your water pipes started clogging up there and we had water from the washer, sink, etc., coming back up in the tub. We called Wisler and Matt came and told us the issue. After it was figured out Wisler helped with our homeowners insurance to get the repair taken care of. Thankfully our water issues are taken care of and we can use all our water appliances without an issue. Thank you Matt & Wisler!
