Shawn from Wisler came out for the first 6 month service of our new water filtration system. Shawn called first to confirm and let me know his arrival time. He was very punctual. He explained everything to us and showed us what he was testing and working on. He was professional, had excellent communication and was a pleasure to work with. We appreciate the good care Wisler is giving us with our water filtration system, new hot water heater and new well pressure system.

I was having an issue with my refrigerator blowing a breaker. I tried resetting the breaker, but the issued continued. I called Wisler and they sent Michiah and Isaiah. Michiah evaluated the problem and explained everything in terms I could understand. Isaiah looked up the model of the fridge and found out all the possible issues. I was very happy with their professionalism.

I needed to have some home generator work. The 2 people that came were Michiah and Charles. I’ve had electrical work done by the same company before. They always kept us updated on the progress as they were working. Even letting us know they had to leave to get a special piece that was needed and would be back quickly. I highly recommend having work done from this company. Michiah and Charles were extremely professional, courteous and kind. They even took the time needed to answer any of our questions.. I can’t say enough, good things about my experience. I will use them again if I ever need electrical work done.

We recently had water backing up from floor drains on the lower level of our house. Kyle was dispatched to assess our situation. He determined we have some roots invading a drain pipe and was able to temporarily clear it for us and got us back to normal. We are awaiting a more permanent solution that will require replacing the pipe. Kyle was on time and effectively diagnosed and fixed our problem. Nicely done.
