We have found that Straight Forward Pricing is more efficient for our clients than charging by the hour. That way you receive one price regardless of how long the job takes. It will not depend upon who the service technician is or how fast he may or may not be. Our clients know exactly how much the final bill will be before we begin working.
Each of our technicians has our Straight Forward Pricing guide. They refer to this guide for details of each plumbing repair or replacement task that we offer. They simply add on material and travel information to provide you with a clear, concise answer to the question of, “How much will this cost?”
You’ll never be left wondering if your plumber charged you extra for taking longer than expected or finding unexpected travel charges added to your final bill. At Wisler, our estimate will always match the invoice.
Of course, if you find a bunch of extra work for our tech to perform, your invoice will also reflect those extra tasks, but only at our predetermined prices. You can always expect a straight answer from Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric when you ask, “How much?”
