One of our Diamond Club members, Margaret Asbury, called us in February stating that one of her tenants had moved out of one of her properties and she wanted the place checked. As a Diamond Club member, she received priority service that same day. The technician found several problems with the plumbing that could have caused and emergency service call later on if they were not addressed quickly. The technician made the necessary repairs. In her review of the work, Ms. Asbury wrote, ” Keith did an excellent job. Thank you for your quick response to my needs.” And, as a Diamond Club member, she received discounts and had reserved membership money to use!
