Wisler is definitely worth hiring.
I suddenly had 2 inches of water in my downstairs family room. I needed help!
Cameron, the employee that came to determine the problem, was awesome! He was very professional, respectful and pleasant. He went above and beyond to provide service. I definitely feel he provided more than required.
I've dealt with Wisler before. They do excellent work and why I hired them again.
The final cost was right in the amount I was expecting.

9-30-25 update . Had my water system and hvac maintenance done this month. Both techs were professional and did a great job explaining what was done. I've Bern a customer for 10 yrs now and am extremely pleased with this company. I continue to recommend them.

Dustin, Ben, John and Joe and several others finished the install of the water softener and hot water heater. They work hard and fast and it was a peasure to do business with them. Everything is working correctly and I am very satisfied.

3/31/2026. EDITING MY REVIEW TO REFLECT WISLER PERFORMING WORK AT MY HOME SEVERAL TIMES. The original review was 5 stars and was written after the first time they worked in my home.

I rank Wisler as prompt, professional, friendly, and extremely high priced. If you want text messages with the Tech’s bio that is en route to your home, by all means use them but all those fancy truck wraps and slick marketing come at a cost.

One time, they charged me $300 to fix a situation another Wisler Technician previously caused.
I did call this tech out on this wrong doing the next time he came out and we came to a mutual agreement.

They changed a good friend $1000 to replace a GARBAGE DISPOSAL. I had recently recommended she use Wisler, so that, combined with the fact she was going out of town the next day, she paid them to do it so there wouldn’t be rotting food in her drain when she came back home. Ugh…what a rip off.

I received an estimate to replace a pressure reduction device, the one that reduces city water pressure to a much lower house pressure. Wisler wanted $700. I called another local plumber with good reviews and recommendations on a several local Reddit threads and he charged me $350 with no prior knowledge of the Wisler estimate.

Bottom line, Wisler will probably do good work. With one exception, what they did for me was good work but they are very $high$ compared to my experience with other plumbers both personally and word of mouth through friends.

The repairman Jared fire exceeded expectations. He worked hard. He got everything done. He explained things beforehand. He showed me what he did after it afterwards walked me through the different service plans that were offered and just did a great job.

Wisler has the nicest workers to rake care of my home in all areas of water, electric, air & heat.

Brett H. Is usually my tech for HVAC. I have been completely happy with Wisler and the techs. Very dependable, they call when they are the way, clean and even talk with my dogs. I would highly recommend Wisler.
