Everyone at Wisler Plumbing absolutely loves the Greater Roanoke Home and Garden Show, located at the Berglund Center in Roanoke, VA. It is an outstanding event for anybody that is interested in the resources available for remodeling projects, decorating, landscaping, or installing furniture and exercise equipment. We highly recommend that anybody nearby or in surrounding areas attend this show.
The Burglund Center was holding several concurrent events along with the Greater Roanoke Home and Garden Show, such as a concert and wine tasting. It gave people a chance to fill their day with multiple adventurous activities. The Homestead Creamery was there as well, so there were plenty of tasty snacks available. We are all very fond of the vendors that chose to attend this event. These highly professional organizations have impeccable reputations and they served as a valuable resource for attendees to get their questions answered.
Wisler Plumbing was extremely proud to attend the event this year. We were able to show some of the water treatment products we offer and also put some of our bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects on display. We were also enthusiastic to meet with people that wanted to improve a room in their house or discuss an issue they might have been experiencing. Attendees visiting the Greater Roanoke Home and Garden Show often have specific home improvement projects in mind. Since we had a catalog of pictures available for inspiration, they were able to get an idea of exactly how Wisler Plumbing can help with those projects.
This year was an exciting show—Wisler Plumbing happened to win an award for ‘Most Creative Booth’. We drastically revamped our booth setup this year to incorporate an industrial look. It had galvanized piping and reclaimed wood, which may have caught the eye of attendees. Someone in the area helped us with the design and we added a few minor tweaks of our own. Of course, there was a lot of hard work that had to be done in order to assemble the booth and attach the pipes. Our employees were kind enough to help us with that. It was definitely rewarding to receive the recognition for ‘Most Creative Booth’.
