Thorough inspection and free plumbing system adjustment that includes all connected equipment and fixtures- up to 100 different items. Lifetime warranty comes on any plumbing fixtures we install. Items checked in inspection include:

1. Every toilet checked and tested for leaks
2. All faucets tested to pass a performance test. Some adjustments are free, like:
   1. Cleaning aerators
   2. Faucet handle tightening
   3. Water level adjustment for toilet tank
   4. Packing nuts on valves
   5. Toilet seats
   6. Exposed water lines checked
   7. Piping under bathroom and kitchen sinks
   8. All drains below and above sinks are checked for leaks and clogs
   9. Washing machine hoses and valves are checked and tested
   10. Water heater is checked for safety, leaks and any signs of corrosion

1. Check and inspect all plugs and switches
2. Inspect all outlets and switched for discoloration from heat and loose wires
3. Replace smoke detector batteries
4. Remove the breaker panel cover and inspect all breakers for heat and loose connections
5. Look for high heat or high usage circuits from whatever may be plugged or wired into them
6. Electrical water heater circuits and connections for proper sizing and good connections
7. HVAC equipment for proper wire sizing and good connections
8. Search for overamping or over loaded circuits
9. Search for any fire or electrical hazards
10. Exposed or broken wirings
