When our dad Daniel Wisler put our name on his business back in 1986, he committed to doing what was fair and right. He led by example and he taught us to do the same. He taught us to stand up, work hard through adversity; to take responsibility for our mistakes. It’s not easy, but it’s the difference between a business that survives and a business that thrives.

So I had recently left a poor review on my service as I felt it was way overpriced. But, the owner took time to call me and explain the price points for certain tasks and even insisted on refunding the job as they strive for customer satisfaction. I'm very impressed by the owner taking time and talking me through it and especially not being defensive on any level. Professional and polite to say the least. I had originally posted that this company is overpriced and will take advantage of people. "Open mouth, insert foot". I'm so impressed with the way Wisler handled this situation that I absolutely will use them for any future home needs. In hindsight, I think it's also beneficial for customers to research the average cost of a job prior to initiating a service request. I highly recommend this company. They care about their service and overall customer satisfaction. Thank you!!!!!

Called Wisler because my furnace wasn’t working. I was charged over $300 to replace a part on it. In less than 12hrs my furnace had stopped working again. Called Wisler back asking them to come back and fix it since it clearly wasn’t done correctly. They wanted to charge me another $300 just to come out and “fix” what they didn’t fix the first time!

These guys came in after another company had been at my home about 4 times with no luck of getting my heat going but replacing a lot of stuff and Nick and his assistant came in and within an hour just adjusted a few things and had me up and running. These guys did me right and as of now everything is is running fine. Thanks!

We requested emergency, after hours service request due to a blockage in our plumbing late in the day. Wisler took our information quickly. They provided a timeframe when the technician would arrive. The technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly during that time frame. Jeremy stepped us thru exactly what he was going to do. He was friendly, kind, engaging and worked efficiently. He ended our nightmare within the hour! We could not have asked for anything more. We are extremely pleased with the amazing service we received! We will not hesitate to call Wisler again in the future and recommend them to our friends! Thank you to Jeremy for saving the day!
